Counseling services for adults, teens and pre-teens
I offer virtual counseling for adults, teens and pre-teens, providing a supportive space to navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I draw from evidence-based modalities — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — to help you develop practical skills and foster meaningful change.
Clinical Specialties
Teens and Pre-teens
I support teens and pre-teens struggling with anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions. I provide a supportive space where they can better understand what they’re feeling and why. I teach practical skills to help manage stress, build emotional awareness, and navigate challenges more confidently. I also work with teens engaging in non-suicidal self-injury. I offer nonjudgmental support to explore what’s underneath the behavior to develop supportive ways to cope and feel in control.
Life Transitions
Life transitions—whether planned or unexpected—can bring up a mix of emotions, including uncertainty, grief, excitement, and stress. I work with people navigating changes such as career shifts, relationship changes, parenthood, moves, or shifts in identity and purpose. Therapy can be a grounding space to process what’s changing, understand your emotional responses, and clarify what you need as you move forward. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, find clarity in the unknown, and help you feel more confident and supported through the transition.
Anxiety and Depression
I work with people navigating symptoms of anxiety and depression, whether it shows up as constant worry, persistent low mood, difficulty sleeping, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life. In therapy, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore the root of these experiences and how they’re impacting your life. Together, we’ll build tools to help you understand and manage your symptoms with confidence and find well-being.
Grief Support
Grief can take many forms and doesn’t follow a straight path. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a major life change, or facing a new medical diagnosis, I offer a supportive space to move through your grief at your own pace. Together, we’ll honor what you’ve lost, explore the emotions that come with it, and find ways to carry your grief while still staying connected to life. My approach is warm, grounded, and attuned to the unique shape your grief may take, including the complex emotions that can arise when your health or future suddenly looks different.
